I actually love going up the mast. And the boys did a great job keeping me safe.

I bought the Nautos USA Lazy Jack System (Type C for big boats) for $140.00.

NOTE – due to the smaller main and boom on Hunter Legends, I could have gotten away with the B-Type (i.e. – smaller/cheaper). But this had more extras I’d be able to use. So it was all good.

I then bought a 600′ spool of 3/8″ line for around $115 (which would leave me a lot of extra line).

It will be so nice being able to drop the main and not worry about it falling all over the deck. The boys are not quite big enough to handle that big thing yet.

Definitely a win.
